Inauguration of #Skill #Training #Program under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY) and Certification Course DATA ENTRY & OFFICE #AUTOMATION, NIELIT (Ropar)
The inauguration of 18 Skill Training Programs under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY) and a certification course in collaboration with NIELIT (Ropar) at Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College, Fatehgarh Sahib, was held on 7th Sept. 2018. Principal Major General (Dr.) GS Lamba welcomed the Chief Guest S. Mahinder Singh Ahli (Secretary Trust), the Trust Members S. Karnail Singh Panjoli, S. Ravinder Singh Khalsa and S. Avtar Singh Riya. Heads of various departments including Dr. R.S. Uppal, Dr. Lakhvir Singh and Dr.G.S. Brar were also present. A total of 18 courses are approved, out of which 7 courses were sanctioned for ECE dept. ,5 courses for ME dept. and 6 for EE dept. In addition, a certification course DATA ENTRY AND OFFICE AUTOMATION in collaboration with NIELIT (ROPAR) is approved for ECE dept.
