Baba Banda Singh Bahadur #Engineering #College has created an excellent #Research #environment and a dedicated Research and #Innovation Centre (RIC). In its successful efforts, the college has filed nine #Patents. One #patent titled #EROSION #CORROSION #RESISTANT #COLD SPRAY COATINGS FOR #BOILERS Ni-20CrTiCRe (Patent No. 305383) has been granted on 4th January 2019 by The Patent Office, #Government of #India. The joint inventors of this patent are Dr. Niraj Bala (#BBSBEC, FGS); Dr. Harpreet Singh (#IIT #Ropar); and Dr. Satya Prakash (IIT Roorkee). Maj. Gen. Dr. G.S. Lamba, #Principal of the college #congratulated the inventors for their successful innovations and reiterated that the research environment will be further enhanced with active partnership of college with #Industry.
